Fried Chicken Kecombrang
The combination of chicken thighs with flowers kecombrang, produces a special dish of fried chicken. It fits when the dish is served for the holiday. Good luck with the recipe.
ingredients:
8 pieces chicken thighs under
300 ml of water
7 strands kecombrang petals, iris
5 lime leaves, discard the bones leaves
1 1/2 teaspoon tamarind water, from (1 teaspoon tamarind and 1 1/2 tablespoons water)
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons brown sugar
oil, for frying
Subtle spice:
8 red onions
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
8 cloves pecans, toasted
2 cm ginger
How to make:
Boil water, spices, chicken thighs, kecombrang petals, lime leaves and tamarind water to a boil.
Put salt and brown sugar. Stir well. Cook until water is absorbed and dried. Drain the chicken.
Fry chicken in oil that has been heated over medium heat until amber.
Fry remaining chicken seasoning until dry.
Serve the fried chicken with marinade.
