Klapertart





Combination of coconut, walnuts and rhum essens klapertart delicious produce. Kalpertart this recipe you must try.

Ingredients:

750 ml of sugar
1 tablespoon salt
450 grams of cornstarch and 400 ml of water, dissolved
12 egg yolks

Topping Ingredients:
60 grams of strawberry jam for garnish
60 grams of grated cheddar cheese
60 grams of walnuts, sliced ​​length

Processing Method:

     Boil milk, sugar, and salt, stirring until boiling. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Cook until bubbling. Turn off the heat.

     Pour in aluminum foil. Chill.
