Vegetable Quail Eggs


 



Paired quail eggs with squash and supplemented with coconut milk. It feels good to make the menu as a dish and a special holiday.

ingredients:
300 grams of squash, cut into matchsticks
100 grams of green beans, sliced ​​oblique
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
10 hard-boiled quail eggs
10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves
2 cm ginger, crushed
5 lime leaves, discard the bones leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste grilled, mashed
5 large red chilies, sliced ​​oblique
1 teaspoon coriander powder
5 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tablespoons tamarind water, 1 teaspoon of tamarind and 2 tablespoons water
1500 ml of coconut milk, from 1/2 coconut
2 tablespoons oil, for sauteing

How to make:

     Saute onion, garlic, bay leaves, galangal, lime leaves, lemon grass and shrimp paste until fragrant.
     Enter the red pepper. Saute until wilted.
     Add squash, beans, and carrots. Stir well.
     Enter the coconut milk, coriander, salt, and sugar. Stir well. Cook until done.
     Add tamarind water. Stir well.
