Rolade Tofu Rebon


 



Rebon Rolade know this but can you make as a complement you can also serve as a snack. Serve with chilli sauce or tomato sauce as a complement.
Ingredients materials:
3 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Rolade materials:
1 piece of tofu (300 grams), mashed
50 grams of spinach, boiled, chopped coarse
25 grams rebon
2 eggs
25 ml coconut milk

Subtle spice:
6 red onions
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Processing Method:

     Stir fried ingredients. Pour into the pan fried. Make thin pancakes - thin. Set aside.
     Rolade: Mix all ingredients rolade. Add ground spices. Stir well.
     Take a piece of pancake, smear the dough rolade. Roll. Plastic wrap.
     Steam 25 minutes until cooked. Chill.
     Fry until golden. Cut into pieces.
