Fresh Acid Sauce Ribs


   

   Beef ribs soup as fresh acid is most enjoyable when the air is windy. Simple marinade, chilli, star fruit and vegetable onions. Savory taste of fresh broth with a chewy texture chops!

ingredients:
750 g meaty beef ribs, cut into pieces 3 cm
1.5 liters of water
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
5 red onions, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 cm turmeric, thinly sliced
2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
4 red chilies, cut into rough
10 pieces of red chili pepper, cleaned
6 star fruit vegetables, halved
2 tsp salt

How to make:

     Wash the beef ribs, discarding excess fat. Drain.
     Boil water with the bay leaves and lemon grass.
     Enter the beef ribs, lower the heat.
     Saute onion, garlic, turmeric and ginger until wilted. Lift.
     Enter into the stew beef ribs.
     Cook over low heat until soft rib meat.
     Add red pepper, cayenne pepper, star fruit and vegetable salt.
     Bring to a boil again for a while.
     Remove and serve warm.
