Vegetable Eggs Orak - Arik

ingredients:
2 chicken eggs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

75 g shimeji mushrooms, cleaned
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
Beat eggs with a little salt and pepper until blended.
Heat some oil in a skillet. Pour the beaten eggs, stir to form large clumps. Cook until done. Lift.
Reheat 2 tablespoons oil. Saute garlic until golden and fragrant.
Insert slices of chicken, stirring until stiff.
Add bok choy and shimeji, stirring until wilted.
Add seasonings and a little water, and scrambled eggs.
Cook until the flavors mingle and somewhat dry. Lift.
Serve hot.
