Pepes Mushroom
Pepes mushrooms is not difficult to make. Enough with three easy steps, you can already enjoy the festive atmosphere.
Ingriiedients:
300 grams of edible mushroom, halved
5 red onions, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
10 pieces of green chili, sliced oblique
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 bay leaves, torn
4 lime leaves, torn
50 ml thick coconut milk and instant
banana leaves for wrapping
Subtle spice:
6 red onions
3 cloves garlic
Toasted pecans 3 eggs
2 cm turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Processing Method:
Stir in mushroom, onion, garlic, green chili, salt, sugar, bay leaves, lime leaves and coconut milk.
Wrap Pepes. Hook with a stick.
Steam 20 minutes over medium heat until cooked.
