Grilled Asparagus Eggs


   

    Bored with breakfast menu-that's the time? Try this one dish. Egg, bacon and asparagus and white sauce, cheese and baked to be melted. The most fitting enjoyed hot with toast!

ingredients:
2 eggs, boiled, peeled
1 tablespoon butter
20 g onion, thinly sliced
2 pieces of bacon, cut length
150 g fresh green asparagus, cleaned, cut into 3 cm
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
White sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
10 g onion, chopped
1 tbsp plain flour
250 ml of liquid milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
topping:
50 g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

How to make:

     * Cut each hard boiled egg into 6 sections. Set aside.
     Saute onion until soft and fragrant.
     Add chicken, stirring until wilted.
     Add the asparagus and seasonings, stirring until wilted. Lift.
     Prepare a heat resistant dish. Pour sauteed asparagus and set pieces of boiled egg on top.

White sauce:

     Saute onion until wilted.
     Sprinkle with flour, stirring until blended.
     Pour the milk, stirring until thick and boiling.
     Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir well. Lift.
     Pour into a dish, smooth. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
     Bake in hot oven 180 C for 15 minutes.
     Remove and serve hot.
