Tasty Sweet-savory Dashimaki Tamago


    

    This Japanese-style omelet roll it is not only tasty but a bit sweet. Additional aka dashi broth to taste the delicious typical Japanese is getting stronger. Can be used to roll a sheet of plastic or bamboo. Serve warm with grated radish and pickled ginger is fresh!

ingredients:
3 eggs
4 tablespoons dashi
Japanese soy sauce 1 tsp
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp sake / mirin, optional
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to make:

     Beat eggs with dashi, soy sauce, sugar, mirin and pepper until blended.
     Heat a rectangular pan over low heat.
     Brush the oil. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture into the skillet.
     Stir until frozen and set aside at one end of the pan.
     Pour 1/3 of the eggs again and compiled first into the egg rolls.
     Do the same with the remaining egg to be a neat coil.
     Remove and place on a sheet of plastic and trim as well as a solid to a  smaller shape.
     Cut crosswise into pieces 2 cm.
     Serve with grated radish and pickled ginger.
