Italian Rice Croquettes

ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
30 g onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons flour
200 ml of liquid milk
300 g white rice

100 g cheddar cheese, grated

100 g bread flour

Oil for frying

How to Make:

     Heat butter, saute onions until onions wilt.
