Patin Serani Pindang

ingredients:

How to make:


     Sprinkle catfish with a little lemon juice until blended. Set aside.
     Boil water with the spices to the boil.
     Enter the catfish, simmer briefly.
     Add pepper and salt. Cook until boiling.
     Remove and serve warm.
