Tripe Green Chili


    


     Once in a while should know eating this delicious beef offal. Tripe is tender and savory spices is wrapped with a spicy fresh green chillies.

ingredients:
500 g beef tripe
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green chilies, sliced
Two lime leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
puree:
150 g green chilies
6 red onions
3 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon pepper grains
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt

How to make:


     Boil tripe until tender. Cut into pieces and set aside.
     Saute until fragrant.
     Enter sliced ​​green chilies and lime leaves, stir until wilted.
     Add tripe stew, stir until blended.
