Spicy Coconut Milk, Fried Eggs Cocok


    


Fried eggs is very practical to be used as a side dish accompanying rice. But it could be more tempting fried eggs cooked together with coconut milk and chili pieces. Such as the following recipe may be the right choice for your daily menu.



Ingredients :
6 eggs, fried sunny side up
2 red chilies, cut in round
2 green chilies, cut in round
2 pieces of acid kandis
1/2 tablespoon salt
15 grams of brown sugar
400 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Subtle spice:
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
4 pieces of red pepper curls
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds, toasted
2 eggs pecans, toasted

How to make:

     Heat the oil. Saute the spices, red pepper, and sour kandis until fragrant.
     Pour the coconut milk. Stir well. Add egg. Stir well.
     Add salt, and sugar. Cook until done.


Serves 6
