Burger:
1 tablespoon butter
50 g onions, chopped
100 g of champignon mushrooms, cut into small

½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt

BBQ sauce

How to make:
Saute onion until wilted.
Enter the mushrooms, stirring, until wilted and browned. Remove and let cool.
Stir all ingredients with saute mushrooms until blended.
Form the dough into a round flat circle.
Melt butter, cook the burgers until cooked on both sides. Lift.
Serve with a complement.
