     Boil the water and bay leaves.
     Add meat and cook over low heat until meat is tender.
     Lift the meat, cut into pieces, put back into the broth.
     Saute the spices until fragrant.
     Put it in the broth, bring to a boil again. Lift.
     Arrange noodles in bowls and complementary materials.
     Pour the broth following pieces of meat.
     Serve warm.

Getuk Lindri



Snack of cassava-based market we often find in the traditional markets in our respective regions. This cake is usually served with coconut ointment.

Lindri getuk Recipe Ingredients:

     1 kg of cassava, peeled
     200 grams of granulated sugar
     1/2 teaspoon vanilla
     100 ml of water
     dye according to taste

Recipe Ingredients Coconut Urap getuk Lindri:

     1/3 coarse shredded coconut
     1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make getuk Lindri:

     Boil sugar, water, and vanilla until thick, remove from heat, let cool and set aside.

ingredients:
7 eggs
200 grams sugar
200 g low-protein flour
1/2 tsp salt
200 gr butter Sarikaya

Cook until boiling:
150 ml coconut milk
 6 pieces lime leaves
2 pieces of pandan leaf

How to make:
