Holu Rainbow



ingredients:
7 eggs
200 grams sugar
200 g low-protein flour
1/2 tsp salt
200 gr butter Sarikaya
red dye, green

Cook until boiling:
150 ml coconut milk
 6 pieces lime leaves
2 pieces of pandan leaf

How to make:
A. Prepare a round baking pan diameter 20 cm, rub margarine.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until white and thick, put a little flour alternately with milk that has been cooked, stir well.
3. Divide the dough into 3 parts, each of which give the red, green, white.
4. Pour the white batter into the pan, steam for 15 minutes, remove from heat. Brush the top of the cake with jam Sarikaya, pour the green dough, steamed again for 15 minutes, remove from heat. Rub the top of the cake with jam Sarikaya, pour the red dough, steamed for 30 minutes until cake is cooked through.
