Orak-Arik Scrambled Talas



    If you want to get a complete  nutritional intake, try eating a variety of tubers and nutrient-laden material. Alloys such as taro, and seaweed. Taro flavor and chewy chewy savory savory seaweed gives a unique sensation on the tongue. Can be tried for breakfast.

ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon milk powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
30 g onions, chopped
Bogor 250 g taro, steamed until tender, cut into pieces
20 g wakame, soaked hot water until soft, drain, cut into pieces

How to make:

     Beat eggs, soy, milk, pepper and salt until blended.
     Melt the butter in a skillet.
     Saute onion until wilted and fragrant.
     Enter the taro and wakame, stirring until blended.
     Pour the beaten eggs, stirring quickly to gather a large egg.
     Remove and serve warm.
