Soto Padang

ingredients:

How to make:


     Boiled beef with salt until soft. Drain the meat.

     Fry until brown and dry. Drain.

     Saute the ground spices with lime leaves, lemongrass and green onion until fragrant.
     Put it in the broth. Simmer over low heat.
     Presentation: Place the noodle, eggs, cakes and meat in a serving bowl.
     Pour the hot broth.
     Sprinkle onion, celery and crackers.
     Serve hot.
