Catfish Seasoning Chili

ingredients:
4 tail catfish live
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 red chilies, finely sliced ​​oblique
2 star fruit vegetables, thinly sliced
puree:
5 red onions
4 cloves garlic
10 pieces of red chili sauce
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
1 sdt salt

How to make:


     Slice-slice body catfish.
     Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic and salt until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
     Fry in hot oil and lots of it to dry. Remove and drain.
