Fish Pomfret Balado
Another variation of this more practical balado jerky making. Savory crispy fried pomfret fish collided with a crispy-crunchy spicy red peppers and red onion. More delicious combined with warm rice.
ingredients:
500 g medium pomfret fish, clean both sides of his crate
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons flour
cooking oil
Seasoning, crushed coarse:
200 g of red pepper
10 red onions
7 cloves of garlic peeled
2 pieces of acid kandis
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
Marinate pomfret fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice until blended.
Sprinkle the whole body of fish circuitry flour until blended.
Fry in hot oil and lots of it to dry and mature. Remove and drain.
Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, saute until wilted and fragrant spices. Lift.
Place the fish on a serving plate, pour the stir-fry seasoning.
Serve warm.
