Chicken Fried Bogor

 


    This yellow spicy fried chicken was tasty with the sweet aroma of spices. Delicious eaten hot with sauce plus fresh vegetables!

ingredients:
A rooster tail, cut into 4 parts
1 bay leaf
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 cm ginger, crushed
500 ml of water
puree:
4 cloves garlic
2 red onions
3 eggs hazelnut
½ teaspoon pepper grains
2 cm turmeric
1 cm ginger
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:


     Place the chicken pieces in pan.
     Give Fine Seasonings, water, bay, lemongrass and galangal.
     Cover the pan, and cook until chicken is tender and juices run out.
     Remove the chicken and drain.
     Fry in hot oil until dry.
     Remove and drain.

For 4 pieces
