Goat Bellows



 
  Serving legendary family recipes from Tegal is very unique. Boiled similar lamb with spices that are pervasive. There is a slightly acidic flavor, spicy and savory. The aroma is very fragrant. Let's try!

ingredients:
1 kg boned lamb (the ribs, thighs), cut into pieces
Spice bath:
1 tablespoon tamarind fruit
5 spring onions, grind
1 teaspoon pepper
Stir-fry seasoning:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons margarine
5 spring onions, grind
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Marinate the meat with the marinade ingredients and enough water for 1 hour while knead.
     Boil the meat until tender (can use presto cooker or pressure cooker, but a little while since a young goat meat is tender).
     Once tender, drain and stir-fry with stir-fry until dry ingredients.
     Remove and serve warm.
