Chocolate Ice Cendol

 
 


    Tired of the green cendol? Hmm .. cendol try chocolate combined with sweet condensed milk plus the aromatic jackfruit. Served cold to break their ... slruupp fresh sweet!

ingredients:
150 g flour hunkue
10 g cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla powder
600 ml of water
complement:
5 eyes jackfruit, cut into small
100 ml of sweetened condensed milk and white
shaved ice

How to make:


     Dissolve flour hunkue, chocolate and vanilla with water.
     Cook over low heat while stirring until thick. Lift.
     Pour into a mold cendol, rubbing and capacity cendol in a container of cold water or ice water. Allow to cool and harden. Drain.
     Put cendol in serving glasses.
     Give topping. Serve immediately.

For 6 cups
