Salted Fish Stir-fry Spices

Ingredients:
6 salted whole fish ( salmon)
Seasonings:

4 red onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 cm ginger, chopped small
2 cm young ginger, sliced ​​small
2  lime leaves, thinly sliced
12 pieces of green chili, sliced
8 pieces of red chili pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

    Clean the stomach contents of fish sauce.
    Fried salted fish to dry and mature. Drain.
    Seasonings:
