Ketan Ketupat

 
   


    Typical glutinous rice cake or sticky rice fluffier Sumatra because it was tasty cooked with coconut milk. Small diamond shapes that are guaranteed to make full and dense. Especially enjoyed the curry goat and beef rendang!

ingredients:
750 g glutinous rice fluffier, washed
20 small pieces of diamond skin
3 liters of coconut milk 3 peeled grated coconut
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Soak glutinous rice in water 1 hour then drain until quite dry.
     Fill each skin with rice rice cake rice cake to a third higher.
     Put the rice cake in a skillet / pan until soaked. Sprinkle salt.
     Cook over medium heat until the milk runs out, lumpy and mature. If you need to add hot water.
     Lift the diamond, drain until cool.
     Serve with rice cake crumbs remaining coconut milk.
