Cassava Sawut





   Do not underestimate this one dish of cassava. Although the material is simple but delicious chewy flavor will disturb the tongue. Especially when enjoyed with a cup of hot tea.

ingredients:
1 kg new cassava
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 pandan leaves, cut into pieces
100 g brown sugar, fine comb
topping:
Length of 100 g grated coconut, steamed with a pinch of salt

How to make:


     Peel the cassava, a rough-rough shaved.
     Stir in crushed cassava with salt and vanilla until blended.
     Place in a container, put pieces of pandan leaves and top with slices of brown sugar.
     Steam heat until cooked in the steamer.
     Remove and serve with grated coconut.
