Balado Cassava



    Cassava chips do not have to be or just fried. With a little creativity cassava spiced fried spicy chili is also good for snacks. Yum .. yum .. spicy savory and delicious!

ingredients:
1 kg new cassava, peeled, cut into pieces 5 cm
cooking oil
puree:
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp coriander
1 cm turmeric
2 tsp salt
Seasonings:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
puree:
5 large red chilies, seeded
3 red onions
2 cloves garlic
1 red tomato, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Boiled cassava with herbs and a little water and cooked until the fissure. Remove and let cool.
     Fry until golden and dry cassava. Remove and drain.
     Seasonings: Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
     Additional lemon juice and sugar, stir until boiling.
     Enter fried cassava and stir well.
     Remove and serve warm.
