Red Bean Bakcang




   Red beans and sweet to be legit bakcang this special field. It feels more supple so gentle and sweet. Suitable for gifts for relatives!

ingredients:
120 g white glutinous rice, washed, drained
10 g of garlic oil
IYE 10 g water
25 g of red bean paste
20 g sugar
10 g bamboo leaf

How to make:
IYE stir glutinous rice with water and set aside.
Prepare bamboo leaves as a wrapper.
Shape into a cone, filled with sticky rice
Give lotus paste and sugar, cover with sticky rice again.
Wrap it up neatly, tie securely.
Boil in boiling water for 21/2 hours until cooked.
Drain until cool.
