Cheese Cassava Schotel
Cassava is a soft padded more savory taste with a fragrant blend of delicious sauce. With a sprinkling of cheese, snacks are guaranteed more delicious and filling.
ingredients:
500 g of cassava, peeled, cut into pieces
sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
30 g onions, chopped
75 g of chopped chicken meat
50 g carrots, cut into small
5 pieces of green beans, cut into small
1 tbsp plain flour
250 ml fresh milk
3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
topping:
75 g of grated cheddar cheese
How to make:
Cassava steamed until tender. Lift.
Sauce: Saute onion until wilted.
Enter the chicken, stirring until it changes color.
Add the carrots, green beans, stir until wilted.
Sprinkle the flour and stir well.
Give milk, stirring until thick.
Add cheese and seasonings, stirring until thick.
Arrange the pieces of cassava in a serving bowl.
Give the sauce, Cover with boiled cassava.
Pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and serve warm.
