Tasty vegetable Bamboo Shoots
Crunchy bamboo shoots are delicious savory made of vegetables. Additional ebi make more savory aroma of vegetables so tempting. Feel the sensation of savory spiciness when pitted against a piece of rice cake!
ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 red chilies, finely sliced
2 green chilies, finely sliced
1 cm galangal
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons dried shrimp, soaked hot water, crushed
500 ml coconut milk diluted
250 ml thick coconut milk
500 g young bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
6 strands of long beans, cut into 3 cm
puree:
5 red chilies
3 pieces of red chili sauce
3 red onions
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp shrimp paste fried
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
How to make:
Saute the spices until fragrant.
Enter the chili, galangal and salam. Stir until blended.
Add dried shrimp, stir well.
Pour the thin coconut milk, bring to a boil.
Insert the bamboo shoots and green beans, bring to a boil again.
Add coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
Remove and serve warm.
