Jeon Yache


Vegetables recipe: Jeon Yache
 
  One serving appetizers is martabak this vegetable. It was crispy with vegetables and seafood stuffing is tasty. Scent of green onion dish is characteristic of this opener.

ingredients:
100 g courgettes, small slices of length
1 tablespoon chives, sliced
2 leeks, cut into 10 cm, split-split
100 g onions
10 pcs of cayenne pepper, thinly sliced
250 g flour
1 egg
½ head clean squid, chopped
1 whole peeled shrimp, sliced
Cooking oil to taste
Seasonings:
½ tablespoon garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
1 tablespoon Sogogi dasida

How to make:

     Prepare the courgette, chives, onions, and cayenne pepper.
     Stir in flour and seasonings while adding a little water so as not to become too thick and the batter
     Prepare a nonstick skillet. Brush a little oil.
     Pour the flour mixture and place the vegetables on it.
     Meanwhile, beat eggs, mix with squid and shrimp.
     Pour into the center of the omelet.
     Cook until both sides dry and mature.
     Tap-tap once in a while so that the inside is cooked.
     Remove and serve warm.
