Caramel Cake
For those of you who like a strong sweet flavor cake, caramel Bolu could be an option. Try it ...!
ingredients:
• 300 grams of granulated sugar
• 100 grams of water
• 200 grams of water
• 75 grams of margarine
• 50 grams of sweetened condensed milk
• 6 eggs Eggs
• 200 grams of flour Wheels Blue
• 3 grams Baking powder
• 4 grams of Baking soda
• 2 grams of Vanilla
• 2 grams of salt
How to Make:
A. Melt the sugar over low heat with 100 grams of water until it becomes caramel. Turn off the heat, then put 200 grams of water while stirring rate directly. Allow to cool.
2. Beat margarine and sweetened condensed milk until slightly fluffy. Set aside.
3. Beat eggs until fluffy and stiff.
4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.
5. Take some dough, and mix with a whisk margarine, mix well. Mix again with the remaining dough. Stir well.
6. Enter the caramel has cooled, stir well.
7. Pour the batter into the mold size 22x10x6 cm that has been smeared with butter and dusted with flour (so 2 pan).
8. Fuel in the oven at a temperature of 200 º C for 20 minutes, then lower temperature to 150 º C. Grilled until cooked (± 30 minutes).
