Easy Fruit Cake

  If you do not have much time and not too good at making cakes, try this one cake. Easy to make and delicious it seems steady!

ingredients:
120 g margarine
170 g sugar
340 g mixed dried fruit
225 ml of water
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon seasoning spekuk
2 eggs
120 g flour
120 g self-raising flour
¼ teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Place the margarine, sugar, mixed fruit, soda, water and seasonings to boil spekuk. Lift. Allow to cool.
     Add eggs, flour and salt. Stir until blended.
     Pour into baking dish which was covered with baking paper.
     Bake in hot oven 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
     Remove and let cool.
