My Recipe weku Guava Cake



This was my cake that has been in modification a pink form. In other areas there is a cake called me this horse as the knee due to its original shape like a horse knee.

Material Leather:

     Glutinous rice, 250 grams
     Refined sugar, 50 grams
     Warm water, 200 ml
     Salt, to taste
     Green food coloring, to taste
     Cloves, to taste
     Banana leaves, to taste

Material Content:

     Peeled green beans, 150 grams, soak at least 3 hours, drained
     Refined sugar, 75 grams
     Salt, to taste
     Vanilla, to taste

How to create weku Guava Cake:

     Contents: Steam green beans until cooked. Lift. Mix the green beans and other content materials, mix and puree. Shape resembles a rose water and set aside.
     Skin: Mix the glutinous rice flour, refined sugar and salt and stir well. Pour warm water gradually, stirring until smooth. Add green coloring. stir well.
     Green beans with the dressing mixture to form water guava skin.
     Pairs as the pimento on the top of the stalk.
     Cover each dough with leaves, steamed until cooked for about 15 20 minutes. Remove and serve.

For my 14 Guava Fruit Cake

tips:

     If you want more crispy skin with coconut milk instead of just warm water.
     Layer the steamer lid with a cloth / towel so the water does not drip on the dough.
     Steam the batter to taste, not too long and open and close the steamer to keep a good shape.
     If you want the cookies are shiny, rub with oil so the cake removed from the steamer.
