Brownie Cupcake

   Cake is easy to make and this one definitely feels like the whole family. If you like, may be added to garnish chocolate butter cream and sprinkles to more beautiful ornament!

Ingredients:
225 g butter
180 g dark chocolate, chopped
150 g sugar
3 eggs
Sift together:
210 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ tsp vanilla powder
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

    Tim butter and chocolate until melted. Set aside.
    Beat the sugar and melted chocolate until blended.
    Add the eggs one at a time while stirring until blended.
    Add flour mixture, stirring until blended.
    Pour into paper bowls.
    Bake in hot oven for 40 minutes until cooked.
    Remove and let cool.
    Give a spread and garnish to taste.
