Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry
If you do not want to eat meat too much, replace it with a vegetable protein-rich tofu. Tofu cooked with various vegetables are crisp-crunchy savory taste with a nice spicy accents. More delicious eaten with warm rice!
ingredients:
1 piece (300 g) silk tofu, drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
100 g carrots, small slices of length
3 pieces of fresh shitake mushrooms, cut in two
150 g young kailan leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
100 ml of water
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
Heat a flat pan, lightly oil.
Cook the tofu until slightly dry on both sides. Remove and drain.
Saute garlic until golden and fragrant.
Enter the chili pepper, stirring until blended.
Enter the vegetables, stirring until wilted.
Add tofu, stirring until slightly bruised.
Add water and remaining seasoning, and cook until sauce is almost gone.
Remove and serve warm.
