Black Rice Vegetables

    Black rice is popular because of the nutritional content. Black rice so alternative for lunch or a healthy breakfast. Fiber content and a host of other nutrients is very good for the body. Extra vegetables to make it sticky rice just taste more delicious!

ingredients:
150 g black rice, washed, drained
1 tablespoon margarine
2 red onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 curly green chilies, chopped
1 small red pepper curls, cut into pieces
50 g carrots, thinly sliced ​​length
50 g green beans, cut into rough
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Cook the rice to be cooked rice. Set aside.
     Saute onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant.
     Enter the chili pepper, stirring until wilted.
     Add the carrots and beans, stir until wilted.
     Enter the black rice, and seasonings, stirring until blended.
     Remove and serve hot.
