Miso Gravy Meatball Mie




    If you get bored with the usual meatballs, meatballs with sauce, just try this Japanese-style miso. Savory sauce is delicious with a complete field. Just add chili sauce and fried onions, hmm .. yummy!


ingredients:
Stick noodles 500 g / hokian fresh
100 g green cabbage, cut into pieces, blans
8 cloves super beef meatballs, slice crosswise surface
2 tablespoons fried shallots
gravy:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
750 ml beef broth
1 tablespoon yellow miso
puree:
2 red onions
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon pepper grains
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Sauce: Saute garlic until golden. Lift.
     Pour in the broth, add the miso, bring to a boil.
     Enter the meatballs, simmer until bloom. Lift.
     Presentation: Place the noodles and mustard in a serving bowl.
     Pour the hot broth.
     Sprinkle with fried shallots.
     Serve hot.
