Vermicelly Soup Oyong


  
    If you want a savory warm meal for dining, squash noodles could be an alternative. Rice noodles served with squash provides a complete supply of healthy nutrition.

ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, mashed
6 spring onions, mashed
100 g Corn Noodle Options Mother, pour boiling hot water, drained
1/2 fruit squash, peeled, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon dried shrimp, soaked hot water until just tender, drain
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
topping:
1 tablespoon fried shallots
1 tablespoon finely sliced ​​green onion

How to Make:


     Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
     Put dried shrimp and stir well.
     Put squash and dried shrimp soaking water, bring to a boil.
     Put rice noodles and cook until squash is tender.
     Add salt, pepper and MSG.
     Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried onions and green onion slices.
