Corn Noodle Stew Meat


 
   This sweet savory stews that warm delicious meal as a side dish. Other vegetables can be added if desired. Eaten warm, delicious taste!

Materials I:
300 g of meat sengkel
1 tablespoon salt
600 ml of water
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal crushed
Materials II:
Vermicelli 150 g of corn that has been brewed
50 ml soy sauce
100 ml beef broth
1200 ml of water
Enough vegetable oil
Materials III:
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 red onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chili paste
1/2 tablespoon ground pepper

How to Make:


     I boiled the material over low heat until tender and the pot covered for 2 hours.
     Lift the meat, cut into pieces.
     Saute garlic and onion until golden.
     Enter the chili paste and soy sauce, and cook until fragrant.
     Insert the meat, stir until it changes color.
     Add the stock and boiling water, cook until boiling.
     Put rice noodles corn and pepper, stir-fry for a moment and lift.
     Serve warm.
