Pinch Cake Recipe
Pinch Cake Ingredients:
1.Cake flour, 150 grams
2.Sugar, 75 grams
3.Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
4.Vanili, 1/4 teaspoon
5.Egg chicken, 2 eggs
6.Milk liquid, 250 ml
7.Margarin, 2 tablespoons, melted
8.Margarin / mentega to taste, to spread
9.Chocolate meses, cheese, raisins sukade or taste, for stuffing / topping
Pinch Cake How to make:
1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla and stir well.
2. Combine eggs and milk and stir well.
3. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture gradually, stirring until blended and smooth.
4. Add liquid margarine and mix well.
5. Allow the dough to expand about 30 minutes.
6. Heat the cookie mold pinch, rub the margarine until blended. Pour the cake batter to taste pinch, insert the contents of the material. Bake until cooked. Lift, do it until the dough runs out.
7. Serve warm.
