Open Vegetable Burger



  If you get bored with sandwiches or toast, try this one for a burger. A savory blend burger and cheese melt on the tongue will indulge your taste buds. Good for breakfast and snacks to be fun.

ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
4 slices French bread slices oblique
Melt 100 g Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Burger, mix together:
250 g of ground beef
1 tablespoon sliced ​​green onion
50 g of leaf lettuce, thinly sliced
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:


     Burger: Stir all ingredients together. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
     Shape each into a flat round.
     Heat the butter, cook the burgers until cooked on both sides.
     Put a few slices of cheese on bread
     Place the burger on it. Give the cheese over it.
     Bake until melted.
     Remove and serve hot.
