Bibimbap Dolsot
Complete with side dishes of rice cooked in a stone bowl (dolsot) is a unique dish ginseng country. Liwet like rice with spicy savory. The contents of vegetables, eggs and meat so that the nutrient is also complete. Make yuk!
MATERIALS:
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1sdt sesame oil
5 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 knuckle of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
350 grams of minced beef
2 tsp soy sauce
4 pieces of shitake mushrooms, soaked in warm water until tender, thinly sliced
100 g carrots, peeled, sliced small length
100 gr kyuri / green cucumbers, small slices of length
125 grams of bean sprouts
3 eggs
450 g white rice fluffier
3 tablespoons Korean hot sauce
How to make:
Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil.
Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant
Put the beef until the meat changes color. Mix.
Add soy sauce, stir-fry until beef until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Put into a bowl of rice fluffier rock (dolsot) up to ¼ section. Flatten
Arrange sliced mushrooms, carrots, kyuri, bean sprouts, raw eggs and stir beef over rice.
Place the bowl over low heat stone and bake for 7-10 minutes.
Remove and serve hot with while stirring until all ingredients are well blended.
