Cheese Potato Broccoli




   Soft potato wrapped in crispy batter tasty milk plus broccoli is crisp tender. A sprinkling of cheese to make it more complete and solid!

ingredients:
500 g potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon margarine
50 g onion, chopped
1 tbsp plain flour
250 ml fresh milk
100 g broccoli, remove florets, cut into small
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
topping:
2 pieces of bacon, cut into small
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
complement:
beef sausage
salad vegetables

How to make:

     Boil potatoes until tender. Drain.
     Saute onion until wilted and fragrant.
     Sprinkle with flour, stirring until blended.
     Pour the milk, stirring until thick.
     Enter the potatoes and broccoli and cheese and seasonings.
     Stir until boiling.
     Place in an aluminum bowl.
     Sprinkle Topping ingredients.
     Bake in hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes.
     Remove and serve warm.
