Vegetable Rice Burger Plus, Boost Energy



 
  Hmm ... your child will like the cute appearance of this one provision. Pan-fried rice with cheese and butter, plus side dishes of vegetables were topped burgers and eggs of their favorites. ingredients:
Saute rice Cheese:
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
300 g white rice warm
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
Burger, mix together:
100 g of ground beef
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 tsp BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
complement:
Setup 100 g of vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
2 boiled eggs, peeled, cut into pieces

How to make:
Saute rice Cheese:

     Saute the garlic until fragrant.
     Add rice, stirring until blended.
     Add pepper, salt and cheese, stirring until blended. Lift.

Burger:

     Divide the dough into two parts. Flat circular shape.
     Heat 1 tablespoon butter, and cook burgers until browned on both sides. Lift.
     Put the rice in the container stock, give the burger in the middle.
     Sprinkle the rounds with the setup of vegetables and garnished with pieces of boiled egg.
